BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Yum Brands, Inc. to rezone the property at 8750 S. Howell Avenue from B-3, Office and Professional Business to B-4, Highway Business.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for June 1, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
