Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny the installation of “No Parking” signs on the streets in Oakshire East Subdivision.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on May 12, 2004.   The Police and Fire Departments did not have issues with the parking and the “no parking” along the street would restrict the visitors of the residents.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
