Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10382-060104, approving a development agreement between the City and the Grand Cru Development, LLC for the property at 1910 W. Puetz Road.

 

 

Background:  Grand Cru Development, LLC is requesting approval of a development agreement for a 38-unit condominium development at 1910 W. Puetz Road.  This Rm-1, PUD was re-approved by the City in January of this year.

 

The Plan Commission conditionally approved the detailed site and building plans for this development on May 11th of this year.  One of the conditions of that approval was that a development agreement be entered into between the City and developer.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:  In general, this type of condominium development will have a positive impact on the City’s tax base, and will provide at least $94,202 in bikeway and impact fees.
