TO TRUDY THEOHARRIS
FOR DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CITY OF OAK CREEK
AS A MEMBER OF THE
CELEBRATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Trudy Theoharris was appointed to the Celebrations Commission in February 1989, having served for over fifteen years; and
WHEREAS, Trudy Theoharris has served the City in a thorough, conscientious and professional manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby show their appreciation and gratitude to Trudy Theoharris for her dedicated service to the City of Oak Creek as a member of the Celebrations Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proclamation be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to Trudy Theoharris.
