TO JAMES MOCZYNSKI
FOR DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CITY OF OAK CREEK
AS A MEMBER OF THE
POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, James Moczynski was appointed to the Police and Fire Commission in May 1989, having served for fifteen years; and
WHEREAS, James Moczynski has served the City in a thorough, conscientious and professional manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby show their appreciation and gratitude to James Moczynski for his dedicated service to the City of Oak Creek as a member of the Police and Fire Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proclamation be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to James Moczynski.
