BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

 

PURPOSE:      The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by DEMCO, WI 1, LLC to rezone a portion of the property at 8201 S. Howell Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to B-4, Highway Business.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for May 18, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
