NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Marilyn Blasczyk to rezone a portion of the property at 3271 E. Elm Road from ER, Equestrian Residential to Rs-2, Single Family Residential.

Commencing at the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35-5-22, thence N89º24’02”E, 490.13 feet; thence S00º35’58”E, 45 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described, also the Northwest corner of Outlot 1 of CSM No. 6996; thence continuing S00º35’58”E, 190.00 feet; thence N89º24’02”E, 166.72 feet; thence N00º35’58”W, 190.00 feet; thence S89º24’02”W, 146.72 feet to the point of beginning.  Contains 27,877 square feet.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for May 4, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
