Recommendation:  License Committee did not meet prior to the 5/4/04 Council meeting.  The following recommendations are being made:

1.         Grant renewal transient merchant licenses for the sale of ice cream treats:

            Adnan Atshan, 4843 S. 13^th St., #5, Milwaukee

            Dean South, Yum Yum Frozen Treats, 11409 Washington Ave., Racine

2.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            Ashley Lorry Walby, W1157 Lake Dr., Genoa City (Gary’s)
