RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

TO

CHARLES KOEHLER

WHEREAS, Charles Koehler was elected 6^th District Alderperson on April 4, 2002; and

WHEREAS, during his tenure, Charles Koehler was a member of the License Committee, Board of Health, Finance Committee, Community Development Authority, and Capital Improvements Committee, having served as chairperson; and

WHEREAS, the City of Oak Creek has benefited from the dedication and contributions made by Charles Koehler.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek, for and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Oak Creek, their sincere appreciation be and the same is hereby extended to Charles Koehler for his service to the City.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to Charles Koehler.
