An Ordinance Approving an Amendment to AFSCME Local 133 Labor Contract
Article 25 – Working Conditions/Work Rules
for the Period 1/1/04-12/31/05
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek has adopted the Labor Agreement between the City of Oak Creek and the AFSCME Local 133 for the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the AFSCME Local 133 and the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek hereby approve an amendment to Article 25 – Working Conditions/Work Rules, to address the impact of automated sideloader equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: The adoption of the amendment of the agreement between the City of Oak Creek and the Local 133 AFSCME for the period January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2005, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, is hereby confirmed.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and publication.

Passed and adopted this 5th day of April, 2004.
