Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve the CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES 2004-2005 SCHOOL YEAR Between the Oak Creek-Franklin Jt. School District and the Oak Creek Health Department.

 

Background:  The Board of Health approved the contract at its February 11th meeting.  The Board made some minor changes to last year’s contract for the upcoming year.   The changes are in Health Services:

Section 1: New # K - addressing our participation in the registration process

               New # N - addressing the health department's responsibility for emergency

care plans

Section 2: # B and # C - Added "At the Oak Creek Senior High School"

 

 

Fiscal ImpactThere will be a 2.7% increase in the charge to the school district with the hourly fee increasing from $27.75 to $28.50. The current contract is for 4.5 hours per day for 170 days of service at the senior high.  This equates to $21,802.50 for the 2004-2005 school year.
