Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve the CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES 2004-2005 SCHOOL YEAR Between the Oak Creek-Franklin Jt. School District and the Oak Creek Health Department.

Background:  The Board of Health approved the contract at its February 11^th meeting.  The Board made some minor changes to last year’s contract for the upcoming year.  The changes are in Health Services:

Section 1: New # K - addressing our participation in the registration process

               New # N - addressing the health department's responsibility for emergency

care plans

Section 2: # B and # C - Added "At the Oak Creek Senior High School"

Fiscal Impact:  There will be a 2.7% increase in the charge to the school district with the hourly fee increasing from $27.75 to $28.50. The current contract is for 4.5 hours per day for 170 days of service at the senior high.  This equates to $21,802.50 for the 2004-2005 school year.
