A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS. 8903-071994 AND

10291-100703 RELATING TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA)

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8903-071994, creating a Community Development Authority (CDA) for the City of Oak Creek was adopted by the City of Oak Creek Common Council on September 6, 1994; and

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10291-100703, amending Resolution No. 8903-071994, was adopted by the City of Oak Creek Common Council on October 7, 2003; and

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek now wishes to adopt Ordinance No. 2297, repealing and recreating Section 2.77 of the Municipal Code to abolish the Finance Committee and to create the Economic Development Committee, and to repeal Section 2.78 to abolish the CDA.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions No. 8903-071994 and 10291-100703 relating to the CDA are hereby rescinded.
