Recommendation:  That the Common Council consider awarding the bid for the project to construct the entrance sign for the Creekside Corporate Park along S. 13^th Street.  The lowest responsive, responsible bidder was Poblocki and Sons, and their bid was in the amount of $31,620.00 (Project No. 00045) (6^th Aldermanic District).

Background:  A designer working for the developer prepared plans and specifications for the project, the Engineering Division put them in biddable form, the work was advertised, and the following bid was received.

It is our recommendation that this bid be awarded.  The sign project has been advertised four times.  This is the only bid received for this round of bidding and the first complete bid for the project.

Fiscal Impact:  Payment for this project will come from funds reserved in TIF District 4.  The project has $35,000 anticipated for the sign construction.
