RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
GP-OCD PARTNERS, LLC
(6th Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by GP-OCD PARTNERS, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of this certified survey map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 16th day of March, 2004.
