Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Ordinance No. 2291 to repeal and recreate Section 8.4(4) and create Section (5) pertaining to branch pick up changes starting in  2004.

Background:  At the Common Council meeting January 6, 2004, the Street Superintendent was directed to prepare an ordinance that would change the brush pick up beginning in 2004 to the 1^st of April, the lst of May, the lst of June the lst of August and the lst of October.  Beginning in 2005, branch pickup will be the 1^st of June, the 1^st of August and the 1^st of October.

Fiscal Impact:  None at this time.
