Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Ordinance No. 2293 approving a rezoning of the property 401R W. Centennial Drive from Rm-1, Multifamily Residential to P-1, Park.

Background:  The City of Oak Creek is requesting that the property at 401R W. Centennial Drive be rezoned from Rm-1, Multifamily Residential to P-1, Park.  This property, which is part of the existing, developed park site, was acquired for the park, but was never rezoned for that purpose.

The Plan Commission has reviewed this proposal, and has recommended its approval.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
