PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to rezone portions of the properties at 9654 and 9676 S. Fox Run from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to Rs-2, Single Family Residential

Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 101 of the Fairfield III subdivision, thence N89º 58’ 45”W, 60.00 feet; thence S00º 04’ 31”W, 120.00 feet; thence S89º 58’ 45”E, 60.00 feet; thence N00º 04’ 31”E, 120.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for February 3, 2004 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
