Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny No Parking signs along the north 50 feet of the east side of S. Shire Place and the east 50 feet along the south side of E. Kender Lane.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on November 10, 2004.  The request was made because it is an uncontrolled intersection and the residents felt that the parked cars create a vision problem.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
