Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve Resolution No. 10445-122104, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Hickory Landscaping, for Project No. 00045. This project involved the installation of berm landscaping improvements at the Creekside Corporate Park (6^th  Aldermanic District)

Background:  This project was authorized by the Common Council as part of the Capital Improvement Program, and was awarded on August 5, 2002.

Fiscal Impact:  Final payment of $2,225.00 is to be paid with TIF provided funding for the construction phase of the Creekside Corporate Park.
