Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny “No Parking Anytime” signs along S. Orchard View Lane and E. Honeysuckle Drive within 50 feet of the intersection.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on October 13, 2004.  The request was made because it is an uncontrolled intersection and the residents felt that the parked cars create a vision problem.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
