Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and approve changing of the “No Parking on School Days from 8:00 – 10:00 am” to “No Parking Anytime” along the west side of S. Oak Park Drive from Puetz Road south 100 feet.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on October 13, 2004.  The request was made due to the vehicles parked along the road that it crowds through traffic around the curve. 

Fiscal Impact:  There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
