Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and approve “No Parking Between Signs” at the sidewalks to maintain access at 155 W. Oak Leaf Drive.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on October 13, 2004.  The request was made due to the fact that vehicles park in front of the sidewalks and block access to the street.  The sidewalks are used to access the handicap units at 155 W. Oak Leaf Drive. 

Fiscal Impact:  There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
