Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny the installation of a stop sign on E. Kender Lane at the intersection of S. Shire Place.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on October 13, 2004.  The request was made due to the speeding through the intersection and the vehicles parked along the road at the intersection.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
