Recommendation:  License Committee did not meet prior to the 11/3/04 meeting.  The following recommendations are being made:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            Robin Michael Pindel, 1303 15^th Ave., South Milwaukee (Applebee’s)

2.         Grant a Reserve “Class B” Combination license, with issuance subject to receipt of an occupancy permit:

            Blue Lava Restaurants, LLC, Heath Erdman, Agent, Juan’s Mexicali, 8888 S. Howell Ave.

3.         Grant the request to act as an additional salesperson for the Weather Tight Corporation:

            Jack S. Hensley, 7740 S. Quincy Ave.
