NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the Board of Directors for The Marketplace Condominiums to amend the Ordinance No. 753 regulating the planned unit development (PUD) at 8610-8668 S. Market Place and 3570 E. Puetz Road as follows:
Section C, Item 6 (page 4) – remove “Permanent streets to be constructed with Portland cement concrete , Concrete sidewalks
Section C, Item 11 (page 5) – increase the number of allowable free-standing business signs from 1 to 3
Section C, Item 12 (page 5 and 6) – (n) remove hotel from the list of permitted uses
(u) residential use limited to (1) family units only, not to exceed 66% of the mall level
(y) add “mall level store fronts, permitted Commercial use only, minimum area of 34% of the mall level
(z) add “Permitted Commercial use only, for units with exposed basements”
