An Ordinance Fixing The Salary Ranges, Salary, Wages And
Allowances For Elected City Offices And Positions For The Year 2005
The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek ordains as follows:
Section 1: The uniform rates of pay shall be established for certain offices and positions in the City services under the control of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek affecting non-union, management and miscellaneous personnel for the year 2005. The proper city officials are authorized and directed to make the required payments to those affected employees of the City pursuant to this ordinance.
Section 2: The City Clerk and City Treasurer shall be eligible for all fringe benefits as provided in the existing agreement between Local 133 and the City, except as prohibited by State Law and City ordinance. The increase for the City Clerk and Municipal Judge shall be effective May 1, 2005. The City Clerk and City Treasurer shall pay 5% of the monthly health insurance premium.

Section 3: Auto Expense. Personnel or members of the following departments shall be paid the rate allowed under current IRS regulations per the Travel Policy.
Treasurer’s Office, City Clerk’s Office and Municipal Court.
Section 4: Validity. If any section, subsection, sentence clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases or portions thereof, may be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 5: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are repealed.
Section 6: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication and shall apply as of the 1st day of May, 2005.
