RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCE TO THE FAMILY OF
ANTON UEBELHOER
WHEREAS, sadly, Anton Uebelhoer was needlessly killed on November 5, 2004 at the Comfort Suites Hotel in the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, Anton Uebelhoer was an innocent victim of a senseless act of violence, and
WHEREAS, City of Oak Creek residents and public officials were horrified and saddened to hear of the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of Anton Uebelhoer, and
WHEREAS, Anton Uebelhoer, a 43-year old business executive, who served as Vice-President of the North American sales for Krones, Inc. was survived by his wife and five-year old twins, and
WHEREAS, Anton Uebelhoer was a devoted family man and tragically became the innocent victim of domestic violence as he sought to assist others, and
WHEREAS, Anton Uebelhoer was a very friendly, hard working, outgoing person who was a valuable member of the Krones Company and was a friend to all of the people who worked with him, and
WHEREAS, the City of Oak Creek condemns the violent nature of this attack which is contrary to the safe and family friendly environment to which the City of Oak Creek, its residents and public officials aspire,
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Oak Creek, by its Mayor and Common Council expresses its deepest sympathies to Anton Uebelhoer’s wife, his children and the remainder of his family for his tragic loss as a result of this senseless act of violence.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to distribute a suitable copy of this Resolution to Anton Uebelhoer’s Family.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 16th day of November, 2004.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of November, 2004.
