PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a request by PDQ Food Stores, Inc. for a conditional use permit for a car wash for the property at 6300 S. 27^th Street.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for November 16, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
