Recommendation: That the Council move to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 00019, 04005, 04012 & 04018, as listed on the attached summary report.
Background: Contractors working on capital improvement projects are paid periodically for work completed. The listed contract progress payments are for work completed through November 5, 2004.
Fiscal Impact: The listed contract progress payments amount to $96,051.68, and are to be paid with CIP provided funding.
