Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and approve the installation of “No Parking” signs along both sides of Centennial Drive from 850 feet west of Howell Avenue centerline to 525 feet east of Howell Avenue centerline.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on September 8, 2004 and again on September 27, 2004.  The request is to accommodate the road improvements for the proposed Target store.  In order to install left-turn lanes on Centennial drive, the additional road area is required.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
