Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and approve the installation of stop signs on E. Ryan Road at the intersection of S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on September 8, 2004.  The request was made because all the other intersections with Pennsylvania Avenue are 4-way stops.  Also, during the reconstruction of S. Pennsylvania Avenue, this intersection was a 4-way stop.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
