Recommendation:  That the Council move to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 99049 and 00045, as listed on the attached summary report.

 

Background:  Contractors working on capital improvement projects are paid periodically for work completed. The listed contract progress payments are for work completed through December 19, 2003.

 

Fiscal Impact:  The listed contract progress payments amount to $4,267.71, and are to be paid with TIF provided funding.
