ORDINANCE NO. 2288

AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 6.21 (f) (1) (f)

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING REMOVAL AND CLEARING OF

SNOW AND ICE FROM PUBLIC BIKEWAYS

            NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin does ordain as follows:

Section 1:        Section 6.21 (f) (1) (f) of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed:

Section 2:        All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3:        This ordinance shall take effect and be in force, from and after its passage and publications.
