CONGRATULATIONS TO
CULVER’S OF OAK CREEK
FOR RECEIVING THE 2003 PRIDE IN PREMISES AWARD
WHEREAS, the Southeastern Chamber United in Business (SECUB) will be hosting their annual awards dinner on Friday, January 23, 2004; and
WHEREAS, SECUB selects a committee to compile nominations for two SECUB member companies that take considerable pride in their company’s premises; and
WHEREAS, the criteria for selection of businesses that have demonstrated extra effort are in the areas of properties with eye-catching appeal, good design and layout of landscaping with attention to detail and appearance, and properties which are maintained over a period of time; and
WHEREAS, SECUB has chosen Culver’s of Oak Creek to receive the 2003 Pride in Premises Award – Small Market, having been cited for its neat and clean landscaping and attention to detail, having the garbage area creatively hidden from view and no litter being found on the green space around the business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby congratulate Culver’s of Oak Creek for being selected to receive the 2003 Pride in Premises Award – Small Market.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proclamation be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to Culver’s of Oak Creek.
