NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:      The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by John G Gonis to rezone all or portions of the properties at 7028 and 7050 S. 27th Street, as well as 2436, 2508 and 2528 W. Rawson Avenue from B-2, Community Business. B-3, Office and Professional Business and Rs-4, Single Family Residential to B-4, Highway Business.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for January 20, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
