RECOMMENDATION: That the Common Council approve Resolution No. 10272-090203, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Snorek Construction for Project No. 01007.  The project involved the installation of sidewalk and street repairs in various locations throughout the City (1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Aldermanic Districts).

BACKGROUND:  This project was authorized by the Common Council as part of the Capital Improvement Program, and was awarded on September 3, 2002.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Final payment of $500.00 is to be paid with Capital Improvement and/or Utility-provided funding, as applicable.
