BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

 

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by David and Doreen Schmidt to reconfigure the zoning of portions of the properties at 8781 and 8931 S. 5th Avenue currently zoned Rs-3, Single Family Residential, Rm-1, Multifamily Residential, and P-1, Park.  The same three zoning designations would remain, but would apply to different areas of the property as described below.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for September 16, 2003 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
