Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10265-081903, a resolution accepting a water main easement from Hanna Trailers at 7575 S. Howell Avenue for a public water main installation (Project No. 02061) Tax Key No. 782-9034 (1^st Aldermanic District).

Background:  A water main easement is needed from Hanna trailers for the public water main installed as part of their new building project at 7575 S. Howell Avenue and as a condition of the development agreement with Hanna Trailers. 

Fiscal Impact:  The easement is granted to the City at no cost. Maintenance costs become the responsibility of the Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility.
