Recommendation:  That the Common Council reject the bids for the projects to construct the entrance signs for the Oak Creek Commerce and Industrial Park at the intersection of S. Howell Avenue and E. Mahn Court and the Creekside Corporate Park on S. 13^th Street (Project No. 99049 & 00045) (1^st and 6^th Aldermanic Districts).

Background:  A designer working for the developer prepared plans and specifications for the project, the Engineering Division put them in biddable form, the work was advertised, and the following bids were received.  This is the second time that the projects have been advertised.  The two bidders have informed the Engineering Division that their bids contained errors.  The project will be advertised again and new bids will be accepted.
