Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10259-071503 approving a certified survey map for the property at 8201 S. Howell Avenue.

Background Demco Wisconsin 1, LLC is requesting Council approval of a certified survey map that would redivide the property at 8201 S. Howell Avenue into parcels of 14.2 and 3 acres.  The 3 acre parcel at the west end of the property along Forest Hill Avenue is being divided for sale to a manufacturing business looking to relocate to the area.

Both parcels meet the minimum requirements of the M-1, Manufacturing zoning district. 

The Plan Commission has recommended approval of this certified survey map.

Fiscal Impact:  Development of this parcel will add to the City’s nonresidential tax base.
