Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No Stopping or Standing” signs in front of the Shepard Hills Elementary School.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Commission meeting on April 9, 2003.  To prevent parking and stopping in the school bus drop off area, the Traffic and Safety Commission passed a motion to make this recommendation to the Common Council.

Fiscal Impact:  There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
