Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10247-060303, which would accept the offer of dedication of street right-of-way located adjacent to lands at 511 and 517 West Oakwood Road.

Background:  A certified survey map had been submitted by Marion and Grace Klamik which would subdivide the land 511 and 517 W. Oakwood Road.  The certified survey map included a dedication of a portion of West Oakwood Road adjacent to this property.  However, the resolution approving the certified survey map did not contain language accepting this dedication. The attached resolution includes the required acceptance for this right-of-way dedication.
