Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10246-060303, which would accept the offer of dedication of street right-of-way located adjacent to lands at 9170 S. Shepard Avenue.

Background:  A certified survey map had been submitted by Judith Finke, Jacqueline Kopplin and Thomas Schmidt which would subdivide the land at 9170 S. Shepard Avenue.  The certified survey map included a dedication of a portion of South Shepard Avenue adjacent to this property.  However, the resolution approving the certified survey map did not contain language accepting this dedication. The attached resolution includes the required acceptance for this right-of-way dedication.
