PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Midwest Paralegal Services, Inc. to rezone the property at 7625 S. Howell Avenue from I-1, Institutional to M-1, Manufacturing with a conditional use permit for storage of vehicles and equipment.
