TO JODIE K. NELSON

FOR DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CITY OF OAK CREEK

AS A MEMBER OF THE

PARKS, RECREATION & FORESTRY COMMISSION

WHEREAS, Jodie K. Nelson was appointed to the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Commission in May 1998; and

WHEREAS, Jodie K. Nelson has regretfully resigned after nearly five years on the Commission; and

WHEREAS, Jodie K. Nelson has served the City in a thorough, conscientious and professional manner.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby show their appreciation and gratitude to Jodie K. Nelson for her dedicated service to the City of Oak Creek as a member of the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Commission.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proclamation be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to Jodie K. Nelson.
