Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve COUNCIL PROCLAMATION #03-5, TO P. LEA MONAHAN FOR DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CITY OF OAK CREEK AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH.

Background:  Lea was appointed to the Board of Health in October 1993.  She is moving from Oak Creek and will no longer be able to serve on the board.  The proclamation serves as a thank you for her years of service.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
