Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10237-050603, which would accept the offer of dedication of street right-of-way located adjacent to lands at 8666 S. 27th Street.

Background:  A certified survey map had been submitted by 27 Puetz Associates, LLP which would subdivide the land at 8666 S. 27th Street.  The certified survey map included a dedication of a portion of West Puetz Road adjacent to this property.  However, the resolution approving the certified survey map did not contain language accepting this dedication. The attached resolution includes the required acceptance for this right-of-way dedication.
