Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10238-050603, a resolution accepting a water main easement from Occidental Development, L.L.C. at the Oak Shores Apartments, 2325 W. Briar Lake Way, for existing public water main, Tax Key No. 878-9012 (6th Aldermanic District).

Background:  The public water main within the Oak Shores Apartment complex has been final surveyed and described to establish its proper location for the required easement dedication. This resolution will accept the proper easement dedication to the City from the Developer, Occidental Development, L.L.C.  

Fiscal Impact:  None. Per the development agreement, the Developer is to dedicate all required public water main easements.
