Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10236-050603, a resolution accepting a storm sewer easement from Milwaukee County at 9151 S. 15^th Avenue for storm sewer installation (Project No. 01023) Tax Key No. 871-9999 (3^rd Aldermanic District).

Background:  An easement is needed from Milwaukee County to install an overflow storm sewer as part of the S. 15^th Avenue drainage improvement project.  Milwaukee County has approved the granting of the easement, however, they will not sign the document until they receive reimbursement for the $4500 easement fee and $1000 staff review costs.

Fiscal Impact:  $5500 for the easement fee and review costs that would be paid to Milwaukee County from Project No. 01023.
