Recommendation:  That the Common Council move to authorize payment to R.A. Smith & Associates in the amount of $923.86 for their work on the S. 15^th Avenue drainage improvements project (Project No. 01023) (3^rd and 4^th Aldermanic Districts).

Background:  Consultants working on the design of capital improvement projects are paid periodically for work completed.  The project payment summary report is attached for work invoiced through April 28, 2003.

Fiscal Impact:  The contract invoice payment amount is to be paid with capital improvement funds from Project No. 01023.
